Dexter Morgan wears a classic henley longsleeve shirt in many of the episodes. Where can I buy one like these?

American Apparel has one that’s pretty close (stiches might just not be clear enough though)

The reason it’s not Old Navy is that they change their stock often. A few months ago, the Showtime website offered that exact shirt (I even ordered it, fits a bit tighter than the American Apparel one) but I cannot tell you which one it was, as the Showtime website’s product line has changed since the link in their inventory has remained the same.
Even see another customer’s (M. J. Haller) review via the Amazon link- they found the Dexter shirt they were looking for.
As it stands now, the best bet you can find is the one offered at Amazon. The style of the shirt is a ‘henley’ style, much like the thermal ‘long’ pants that some people might be familiar with. This is, as I have compared with close-up shots from various episodes, as close as you can get. Note the seam detail on the shoulders most specifically. You see that detail in the episodes. I don’t know how much perfect you want it to be, because it can’t get better than that.
But click the link in my source box to see the tons of Dexter wear Showtime still offers (shoes, shirts, pants, etc) and even other characters’ clothing.
Sorry you’re not satisfied with what AA offers. I know I am.
