What happened to the Dexter Season 3 torrents?

 I know of the first 11 episodes in digital format which were aquired using the Bit Torrent protocol. However, if you search any bit torrent tracker for “Dexter Season 3″ or any other combination you can think of, only seasons 1 through 2 come up. My question, if you know the answer, is what happened? mass deletion? |

One simple answer, season 3 doesn’t exist. I know this because I am up to date with the show.

You might struggle to find torrents for Season 3 as it hasn’t been made yet. It has just been green-lighted though by the head of Showtime. It is due be made mid next year and to screen in September next year (writers strike permitting).
